VansSoftwareLab provides software development, data science, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and related technology services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by VansSoftwareLab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Custom work developed for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require an initial deposit before commencing work, with remaining payments due upon completion of defined milestones or project delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

VansSoftwareLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments for work completed.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Botswana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
